Error on adding block: "One of parameters (value: ) is not of the type Positive"

Added the block, which by default chooses the User Dashboard. When I attempt to add it, I get Error One of parameters (value: ) is not of the type Positive and then when I open the page, I get the following

One of parameters (value: ) is not of the type Integer

If I add the User Profile in Edit mode, I get: One of parameters (value: ) is not of the type Positive, but it works in View mode.

WordPress 5.5.3 running CiviCRM 5.29.1
